Role Overview

Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet at least one of the following academic qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Science (B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Sc., M.Tech, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

Proven experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industrial IoT solutions.
Strong foundation in embedded software technologies related to industrial applications.
Familiarity with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, or similar.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Business & Strategic Skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking aligned with cross-industry trends.

Experience in financial modeling, pricing structures, and budget management for project delivery.
