Role Overview: DWS Solution Architect
As a DWS (Digital Workplace Services) Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end architecture solutions that encompass the entire landscape of digital workplace infrastructure. This includes service desk systems, field and onsite support, virtual desktop integrations (such as Citrix VDI), Active Directory services, and print service management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure services, customer service operations, and a deep understanding of AWS-based architecture frameworks. Key Responsibilities

Architect End-to-End DWS Solutions:
Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable digital workplace infrastructure solutions tailored to client requirements across multiple domains including service desk, end-user computing, and print services. -
Technical Leadership in IT Infrastructure:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in end-user computing, providing deep insight into technologies like Citrix Virtual Desktops (VDI), Active Directory, and onsite/field support systems. -
Service Desk and Support Optimization:
Lead strategic planning and integration of service desk tools and technologies, streamlining processes to boost efficiency and user satisfaction. -
AWS Cloud Integration:
Apply best practices in AWS cloud architecture, helping design hybrid or cloud-native digital workplace solutions using AWS services. -
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
