Position Overview: Java Backend Developer
We are actively hiring skilled Java Backend Developers with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our fast-growing teams across Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. This position demands advanced proficiency in Java-based technologies, microservices architecture, API development, and strong database capabilities to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Java 8 and above.
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, JPA, Hibernate, and microservices.
- Build RESTful web services and APIs using HTTP REST/JSON protocols.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through rigorous testing and best coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate applications with Relational (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
- Implement messaging services using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ Series.
- Participate in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban for iterative development.
- Utilize JUnit, Spock, or Groovy for unit and integration testing.
- Utilize tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to automate the deployment process and deliver stable, production-ready applications efficiently.
- Apply industry-standard design patterns such as IOC, MVC, Singleton, and Factory during software development.
- Collaborate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous performance tuning.
