Position Summary

As a Global Mobility Analyst, you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the UK Global Mobility Advisors (GMA) across various international assignment types. The role demands a proactive approach to coordinating documentation, managing assignment packages, and leveraging specialized mobility management systems to monitor and streamline cross-country workflows.


Key Responsibilities

Mobility Lifecycle Support

  • Act as a critical support liaison for UK Global Mobility Advisors throughout the entire mobility assignment lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely execution of assignment milestones and adherence to global policy standards.

Documentation & Package Management

  • Draft and manage critical documents that form part of the international Assignment Package.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of assignee details in global mobility databases.

Workflow Coordination

  • Utilize Deloitte’s Mobility Management Technology to initiate, track, and manage workflows across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee consistent and accurate delivery of cross-border services.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with global mobility policies by identifying and tracking policy deviations.
  • Support repatriation, assignment extensions, and localization activities, including vendor and talent team coordination.
  • Document and report key performance metrics to drive process optimization.

Training & Process Improvement

  • Serve as a “super user” of mobility systems by offering guidance and training to peers.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance the mobility function.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience in global mobility or a related back-office function.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous exposure to global mobility operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience using ticket or case management systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise-level applications or databases is a plus.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong command over Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Exceptional data entry, information management, and organizational skills.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
