About the Role: Analytics and Modeling Associate

As an Analytics and Modeling Associate in the Sales Insights & Intelligence practice, you will help transform sales functions into a future-ready, digital B2B revenue engine. You will use Accenture’s internal tools, sales processes, and performance metrics to empower our global sales teams.

Your goal will be to equip sales teams with the right insights, content, and analytics, enabling smarter decision-making and optimized sales strategies. This role will also require managing sales communication workflows and addressing inquiries regarding business metrics and opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Reporting: Regularly generate detailed business reports and interpret them to align with strategic objectives. Present key insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Customized Report Development: Create on-demand, tailored reports based on specific sales team requirements, ensuring timely delivery and relevance.
  • Sales Meeting Coordination: Organize and support routine communication meetings for the sales team. Document meeting minutes accurately and follow up on action items.
  • Sales Opportunity Monitoring: Track the status of ongoing sales deals, identify risks, and provide updates to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Data Inquiry Handling: Respond to business data-related inquiries from the sales team promptly and accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, or a similar support role.
  • Hands-on experience in creating sales reports and dashboards.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions; familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and preferably Power BI.
  • Sales Reporting Tools: Experience in CRM systems or other sales enablement platforms is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the Software & Platforms industry, including data and cloud infrastructure products, is desirable.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible time zones and accommodate occasional overtime based on business requirements.
