About the Role: Manager – CG&S Agribusiness (Management Level 7)
As a Manager within the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) industry practice, you will collaborate with global clients in the agribusiness ecosystem. Your role will be to lead business transformation projects, deliver data-driven strategies, and create measurable value through deep functional and industry-specific insights.
This high-impact role combines strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and digital transformation, all tailored to the evolving needs of the agriculture and food processing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic consulting services in Agribusiness domains including Grains (rice, cereals, oats), Proteins (meat processing, meat supply chains), Dairy, Food Processing, and Commodity Trading.
- Provide end-to-end transformation consulting by integrating design thinking, stakeholder management, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainable and scalable business models for clients.
- Offer guidance on effective sourcing methods, farmer engagement initiatives, and strengthening supply chain stability to boost clients’ competitive advantage.
- Generate actionable insights by conducting market analysis, data interpretation, and business performance evaluation.
- Create compelling client presentations, pitch decks, and documentation to support ongoing projects and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices implementation.
- Support thought leadership development and contribute to practice growth via marketing, innovation, and capability development initiatives.
Your Expertise Should Include:
- Must-Have Skills: Deep understanding of business processes, with specific expertise in agribusiness supply chains and stakeholder ecosystems.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in using design thinking methodologies, familiarity with commodity risk management tools, and proven ability in stakeholder management.
