Role Summary: The Team Leader will report to the Team Manager or Delivery Manager – Operations, serving as the key point of contact for operational execution, issue resolution, and team performance oversight. This individual will take ownership of driving operational excellence, motivating team members, and ensuring timely delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience working with multiple investors in the foreclosure process.
- Identify individual strengths and improvement areas among team members; provide guidance and performance feedback.
- coordination with the HR team and key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce management and compliance with company policies.
- Create a positive and retention-focused work environment.
- Develop and implement action plans to mitigate attrition.
Operational Management:
- Engage with client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and compliance with all KPIs.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
- Facilitate detailed Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and align on strategic objectives.
- Ensure high productivity and quality standards among team members; take corrective actions for underperformance.
- Proactively manage and troubleshoot daily operational, technical, and administrative issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow and service continuity.
- Manage and respond to client escalations promptly and efficiently.
- Submit accurate and timely reports to internal management and business partners.
- Reevaluate and revise productivity and quality benchmarks monthly to foster process improvements.
- Monitor training completion for team members and proactively nominate them for skill enhancement programs.
- Guide and support junior team members by coordinating schedules, facilitating review discussions, and nurturing a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Support foreclosure associates in handling escalated cases and resolving them within client timelines.
- Conduct side-by-side quality reviews for both new hires and existing team members.
- Assist the Foreclosure Manager with reporting tasks related to investors, insurers, and clients.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a BPO setting, with at least 2 years dedicated to team management.
- In-depth exposure to US Mortgage – Foreclosure processes is essential.

- Proficient in time management, planning, and organizing tasks.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
