Position Overview
Deloitte India is seeking a talented Digital Change Analyst or Senior Analyst to be part of its Global A&A Assurance – Transformation & Change USI team based in Hyderabad. This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact internal consulting team focused on driving corporate strategy and digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on Sustainability and Assurance reporting solutions. The selected candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making processes that shape Deloitte’s future on a global scale.
Role Summary
The Analyst/Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives that aim to digitize, standardize, and centralize Deloitte’s global Assurance products. Reporting to the Transformation & Change leadership, the candidate will be responsible for project delivery, stakeholder engagement, presentation development, and strategic analysis. With a focus on sustainability, the candidate will help develop frameworks and roadmaps that enable consistent and scalable Assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Management
- Support project lifecycle activities from concept to deployment, including market research, strategy implementation, and sustainment planning.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Assist in the execution of corporate strategy projects aligned with Deloitte’s leadership priorities.
2. Strategic Advisory & Change Enablement
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and business planning.
- Develop insights into the professional services market and the firm’s global business operations.
- Translate complex business needs into structured strategies and implementation plans.
3. Executive Presentation Development
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Provide leadership with concise reports and insightful status updates on active strategic initiatives.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Engage regularly with global and member firm leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to foster collaboration and innovation.
5. Leadership Support
- Proactively respond to ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver timely updates and information to support strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background:
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of post-MBA experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles.
- Proven experience in project and program management, especially within internal or external consulting environments.
- Key Competencies:
- Proven PMO expertise with a demonstrated ability to oversee and prioritize initiatives efficiently within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and research skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Prior experience working in global consulting firms or strategy roles.

Working Hours
- Standard work hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST, with flexibility to adjust as per business needs.
