About the Role
Deloitte India is hiring a talented and driven professional for the position of Senior Analyst – ServiceNow QA within Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited. This role forms a vital part of Deloitte’s internal ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), contributing to the successful implementation and testing of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC/IRM across various Member Firms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication across technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Provide realistic and accurate project estimations and delivery timelines.
- Maintain high standards of quality by consistently delivering outputs that align with established benchmarks and client expectations.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand intricate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Design test scenarios and draft comprehensive test cases aligned with user expectations.
- Apply strong testing concepts to all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Execute test cases, assess results, and generate actionable insights.
- Use ServiceNow Test Management and Agile frameworks efficiently.
- Demonstrate experience with automation tools, especially ServiceNow ATF.
- Conduct smoke tests and execute automated test suites as part of continuous deployment cycles.
- Contribute to building and optimizing automation regression suites.
- Apply Mobile Testing techniques where applicable.
- Manage defects effectively, from identification to resolution.
- Leverage platforms such as TFS and additional test and defect tracking tools to streamline issue resolution and ensure quality assurance processes are well-documented.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce redundancy.
Qualifications and Experience
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering (such as B.Tech, BE, or M.Tech) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Possess 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within large-scale enterprise IT environments.
Technical Skills & Tools Expertise
Mandatory:
- Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules like:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- ITBM (Project and Portfolio Management)
- GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- CMDB and Service Mapping
- Proficient in tools including:
- TFS (Team Foundation Server)
- ServiceNow Agile and Test Management modules
- ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Tricentis Tosca
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
- Working knowledge of IT Financial Management (ITFM), financial operations, and advanced configuration management database (CMDB) features.
- Working knowledge in end-to-end automation testing strategy using ServiceNow ATF.
