Roles and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor in HR Systems & HR Services, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of HR systems while ensuring seamless HR service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Module Support and Maintenance
    • Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), and Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Assist in managing additional HR processes such as Benefits Administration, e-Resignation workflows, and ongoing employee data maintenance.
  2. Ticket Management and Issue Resolution
    • Ensure prompt resolution of Level 1 support tickets within predefined Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
    • Address end-user queries, troubleshoot system issues, and respond to functional “how-to” questions.
    • Support data uploads and perform minor configuration changes to optimize system functionality.
  3. Collaboration and Troubleshooting
    • Work in close coordination with technical teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day operational issues within the SuccessFactors platform.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between HR users and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Design, execute, and document functional test scenarios to validate system configurations and business logic.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensure thorough documentation, and liaise with internal customers to facilitate successful UAT completion.
  5. Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test cases, UAT scripts, SOPs, and user manuals.
    • Ensure all HR system processes and configurations are accurately documented for reference and training purposes.
  6. Training and User Support
    • Facilitate training programs and interactive workshops to equip HR users and team members with practical knowledge on optimizing SuccessFactors modules.
    • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure that users are well-versed in system functionalities.
  7. Reporting and Analytics
    • Generate daily operational reports to support task tracking and prioritization.
    • Review and analyze reports for actionable insights and communicate findings to supervisors.
    • Prepare and submit monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for organizational reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDBM/PGDM).
  • Holding a certification in HR systems or HR analytics would be highly beneficial.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR systems support, preferably with expertise in SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong skills in employee data management.
  • Strong communication abilities with a clear focus on articulating system processes effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with a forward-thinking approach to resolving system challenges.
