Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Service Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will contribute to improving workforce productivity, enhancing business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing operational costs. Your primary focus will be to administer the end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees, covering both domestic and international markets. This includes managing onboarding activities such as orientation registration, background check completion, SAP record creation, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Onboarding: Efficiently manage onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Document Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements during onboarding.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and resolve any issues.
- Candidate Management: Deliver a superior candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication throughout the onboarding process.
- Recruitment Tools and Systems: Utilize HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday HCM, and ADP to streamline onboarding activities.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines and maintain high service standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and support HR reporting needs.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with company policies, local labor laws, and global standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and onboarding, preferably in a large multinational corporation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday HCM, and ADP.
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools and HR management systems.
- Professional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.
- Certifications: HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
