- Master’s Degree in Building Engineering and Management with at least 60% marks.
Assistant Professor (Environmental, Physical, Regional, Transport Planning):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Planning/Technology/Engineering; and
- Master’s Degree in Planning with 60% marks; or
- Master’s Degree in Economics/Geography/Sociology with a Master’s Degree in Planning, both with 60% marks.
Assistant Professor (Landscape Architecture):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Planning; and
- Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture with 60% marks.
