NIPHM Hyderabad Recruitment 2025 Notification Out: Apply for Various Posts

NIPHM Hyderabad Recruitment 2025: Age Limit

Joint Director (Chemistry/PHM Division): Up to 55 years (56 years for deputation).
Registrar: Up to 56 years.
Lab Attendant/ MTS: 18 to 27 years.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST candidates: 5 years
OBC candidates: 3 years
PwBD applicants are entitled to an age relaxation of 10 years, which extends to 15 years for SC/ST candidates and 13 years for OBC candidates.
Central Government or NIPHM employees are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation, which extends to 10 years for SC/ST and 8 years for OBC candidates.
Ex-servicemen: As per Government of India norms.

Note: Age will be reckoned as on the closing date of application submission.

NIPHM Hyderabad Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. Joint Director (Chemistry)

Direct Recruitment:
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry/related field OR Agriculture with specialization in Entomology/Pathology.
- Ph.D. in the concerned discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience at Level-11, 8 years at Level-10, or 13 years at Level-7, specifically in the field of pesticide formulation and residue analysis.
Deputation:
- 10 years’ experience in pesticide analysis.
- Holding analogous post or service at requisite levels mentioned above.

2. Joint Director (PHM Division)

Direct Recruitment:
- Master’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Botany with specialization in Agronomy/Plant Pathology/Entomology.
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Experience: 4 years at Level-11, 8 years at Level-10, or 13 years at Level-7 in plant protection or crop management.
Deputation:
- 10 years’ experience in crop/soil health management.
- Holding analogous post or service at requisite levels.

3. Registrar

Deputation Basis Only:
- Officers from All India Services, Group A Central/State Government, Universities, or PSUs.
- 2 years’ experience in administration/accounts/establishment at analogous post or 5 years at Level-11 or 9 years at Level-10.
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Desirable: Law graduate or a postgraduate degree in Management/Public Administration.

4. Lab Attendant

Category I (SC): Matriculation with a 1-year Vocational Certificate in Crop Production.
Category II (UR): Matriculation with a 1-year Certificate in Soil Testing & Crop Technician.
Category III (OBC): Matriculation with a 1-year Certificate in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant).

5. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Category II, SC)

Matriculation with a 1-year Diploma in Horticulture.

NIPHM Hyderabad Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

Joint Director (Chemistry/PHM Division):
- PowerPoint Presentation (40 Marks)
- Interview (60 Marks)
Registrar:
- Personal Interview
Lab Attendant / MTS:
- A written examination worth 100 marks will be conducted, with candidates required to score at least 40% to qualify.
- Skill Test (50 Marks) – Minimum 45% to qualify (Qualifying in nature).
