Essential Educational Qualification
- A Commerce graduate possessing ACS, CA, or CMA credentials, or a two-year postgraduate degree/diploma in Management specializing in Finance.
- MBA, PGDBM, MSW, MA (PMIR), or MHROD with a focus in Human Resources, completed with at least 50% marks over a two-year full-time program.
- Possess a minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years spent in a senior executive capacity.
