Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Practice Senior Analyst, your role encompasses strategic and operational responsibilities within the sourcing domain. You will:
- Execute low to medium complexity sourcing projects under defined thresholds.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing lifecycle: RFx development, supplier negotiations, award recommendations, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to define selection criteria and evaluate suppliers.
- Analyze spend, supply patterns, and develop Total Cost Models.
- Create impactful business case documents and guide discussions to shape strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Drive procurement process improvements leveraging Agile methodologies.
- Perform contract drafting and negotiation using client templates, with timely legal support.
- Assist in generating insightful procurement analytics and compiling detailed savings documentation.
- Provide comprehensive industry and supplier market intelligence.
Required Skills and Expertise
Candidates should possess strong proficiency in sourcing within indirect procurement categories, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning and Office Services
- Integrated Facilities Management
- Fit-out and Refurbishment Projects
- Real Estate and Brokerage Services
- Grounds and Machinery Maintenance
- Furniture and Workplace Design
- Environmental Services (hazardous and non-hazardous)
- Food and Security Services
You should also demonstrate:
- Expertise in CAPEX sourcing including EPC, Construction, Industrial Equipment
- Solid command of MRO and Facilities Management spend areas
- Understanding of procurement-related commercial frameworks and standard contract methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in handling global stakeholders and vendor networks across regions such as North America, EMEA, and Australia
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail in numeric and text analysis
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience
- Total Experience: Minimum 6+ years in sourcing/procurement or supply chain
- Client Engagement: At least 4+ years handling global clients and stakeholder communication
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication: Clear articulation of technical procurement concepts
