Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Prepare job descriptions in collaboration with departmental heads.
  • Coordinate the shortlisting, interviewing, and selection of candidates across various business functions.
  • Maintain compliance with internal recruitment policies and employment laws.

2. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop customized recruitment strategies aligned with department-specific objectives.
  • Guide hiring managers through best interview and selection practices.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, professional networks, social media, internal referrals, and recruiting platforms.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or future hiring needs.
  • Leverage Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to target high-caliber professionals.

4. Candidate Evaluation and Assessment

  • Conduct thorough screenings and structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams for skill-based testing or role-specific assessments.
  • Ensure that feedback from all stakeholders is incorporated into the final hiring decisions.

5. Employer Branding Initiatives

  • Support initiatives that enhance the organization’s brand visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.
  • Promote employee testimonials, success stories, and work culture through online platforms.

6. Onboarding Coordination

  • Facilitate the pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate document collection, induction planning, and orientation sessions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new employees and ensure a seamless transition.

7. Recruitment Analytics and Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and candidate experience scores.
  • Analyze data trends to continuously improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Present recruitment reports and hiring forecasts to senior management on a periodic basis.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons.) or related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment roles.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments is a plus.

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, and similar recruiting tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
