About the Role: Senior Program Manager – Payments (MEA)
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact customer incentivization programs. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Incentivization Strategy: Design and roll out customer-centric incentivization programs, including bank-led offers and region-specific promotional campaigns.
- Program Execution: Implement end-to-end program strategies that align with business goals and market demands, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
- Financial Partnership Management: Foster strategic alliances with banks and financial institutions to drive co-branded promotions and enhance payment processes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration between technical, marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure successful program delivery.
