📈 Role Responsibilities
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will be a key contributor to Accenture’s Finance Operations team, specifically in the FP&A function. This role involves detailed financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting to support executive decision-making and ensure robust financial health for the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, including the development of annual and quarterly financial plans.

Generate financial models and scenario-based analysis to evaluate business strategies.

Prepare and interpret Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.

Support monthly/quarterly closing processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Analyze operational data and develop financial metrics and performance dashboards.

Contribute to the development of standardized reports, tools, and templates for consistent reporting.

Work independently as an individual contributor, delivering assigned objectives with minimal supervision.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and teams, adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy in financial deliverables.

This role may require working in rotational shifts, including flexible or night shifts, to support global operations.
