As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support for Citrix NetScaler environments. You will serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges, deliver top-tier support within defined SLAs, and contribute actively to internal knowledge bases and process improvements. 🧠 Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Management and SLA Compliance

  • Resolve technical issues independently while meeting agreed service levels

  • Handle incident queues, ensuring timely responses and closure

  • Maintain low rates of incident reopens and rejected resolutions

  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact

2. Root Cause Analysis & Escalation Handling

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics for recurring issues and outages

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify long-term solutions

  • Provide detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation and feedback

  • Serve as the technical escalation point for unresolved critical incidents

3. Customer Experience & First Call Resolution

4. Knowledge Base Contribution

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

🔧 Primary Skill: Citrix NetScaler Support

  • Experience supporting Citrix ADC (NetScaler) load balancers and gateways

  • Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Citrix infrastructure

  • Understanding of virtualized environments, including XenApp/XenDesktop

  • Knowledge of access control, SSL VPN, GSLB, and HTTP/HTTPS traffic management

  • Familiarity with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and routing
