🎯 Role Summary
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support for Citrix NetScaler environments. You will serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges, deliver top-tier support within defined SLAs, and contribute actively to internal knowledge bases and process improvements. 1. Incident Management and SLA Compliance

2. Root Cause Analysis & Escalation Handling

Provide detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation and feedback

Serve as the technical escalation point for unresolved critical incidents
3. Customer Experience & First Call Resolution

4. Knowledge Base Contribution

5. Coaching, Mentorship, and Training

🔧 Primary Skill: Citrix NetScaler Support

Experience supporting Citrix ADC (NetScaler) load balancers and gateways

Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Citrix infrastructure

Knowledge of access control, SSL VPN, GSLB, and HTTP/HTTPS traffic management
