🎯 Role Summary: Domain Consultant – L2
Wipro is seeking highly experienced professionals for the position of Domain Consultant – L2 in Chennai. Your responsibilities include:
1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Lead engagements independently with 10–20% support from internal consulting and client partner teams.
Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through consistent value delivery and innovation.
2. Strategic Consulting and Business Analysis
Assess, validate, and analyze the client’s business strategy, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Translate strategic business goals into functional and technical roadmaps.
Diagnose process inefficiencies, identify solution gaps, and propose actionable improvements.
Use industry benchmarks and best practices to shape high-impact business solutions.
3. Solution Development and Implementation
