Position Overview
As a Senior Appian Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing high-quality solutions using Appian technologies. You will work on BPMN modeling, RPA integration, and enhance Appian AI capabilities to optimize business processes. Your technical expertise will extend to MariaDB and J2EE, ensuring performance improvements and application reliability within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities
Develop and Optimize Appian Solutions: Leverage Appian technologies to create scalable solutions that meet business needs, particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with internal teams to develop BPMN models, optimizing processes for efficiency and reducing costs.
Implement RPA: Automate repetitive tasks using Appian RPA to boost productivity and ensure a streamlined workflow.

Proficiency in Appian RPA and AI: Strong knowledge of Appian RPA and AI capabilities, showcasing your ability to drive automation and intelligent decision-making.
Database & Java Expertise: Expertise in MariaDB and J2EE, with a proven ability to build high-performing applications and resolve system bottlenecks.
