🎯 Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to design, automate, and execute test cases for software applications and platforms to be deployed at client sites. You’ll ensure 100% quality assurance across every deployment cycle while also working on defect detection, UAT support, test automation, and reporting.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Test Planning & Requirement Analysis

• Understand project scope and business requirements to develop test scenarios.

• Create test cases that align with functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation.

• Collaborate with the development team to capture all technical details needed for test planning.

• Define the testing strategy using model-based testing techniques, focusing on effectiveness and coverage.

✅ Test Case Authoring & Peer Review

• Design comprehensive test cases based on user stories, feature requirements, and system workflows.

• Participate in peer reviews to ensure clarity, correctness, and completeness of test cases.

• Minimize rework by ensuring full traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

✅ API Automation Testing

• Build and maintain automated API test suites using tools like Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or similar frameworks.

• Develop scripts to simulate different API interactions, including GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, and authentication flows.

• Integrate API tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

• Generate automated test reports that highlight failures, test coverage, and performance indicators.

✅ Must-Have Technical Skills:
