🎯 Role Objective

The role of a Business Analyst – L4 is to serve as a liaison between the client and the delivery team. You will be responsible for capturing and translating business requirements into actionable solutions, supporting both pre-sales and delivery teams, and ensuring the solutions align with customer goals. Your involvement is crucial from requirement gathering through to implementation and testing.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Requirement Gathering & Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with engagement partners to review RFP/RFI documents and interpret customer expectations.

  • Develop scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.

  • Use business analysis tools to construct workflow charts, diagrams, and process models to represent system functionalities.

  • Communicate business needs to technical stakeholders, architects, and project managers.

  • Conduct solution demonstrations and prototype presentations to clients to validate proposed systems.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships for optimized integration and lead generation.

2️⃣ Delivery Support & Solution Implementation

  • Act as a key point of contact for delivery teams to provide insights, feedback, and clarity regarding client needs.

  • Review test cases and support QA teams to ensure 100% coverage of requirements.

  • Lead integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the final delivery meets business expectations.
