As an Application Developer specializing in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications that meet specific business process requirements. Technical & Functional Skills

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration module.
Deep understanding of HCM PA processes such as employee master data management, hiring, separation, infotypes, and data validations.
Strong experience in SAP ABAP programming, particularly for HR modules.
Good knowledge of SAP data models and infotype structures within HCM.
Ability to design and implement enhancements, interfaces (such as BAPIs, RFCs), and custom reports.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

Exposure to integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with SAP HCM OM, Payroll, or Time Management modules.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori or UI5 for enhanced user experience.
Experience working on SAP implementation or support projects in agile environments.
