Role Summary

As an Application Developer specializing in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications that meet specific business process requirements.   • Strong experience in SAP ABAP programming, particularly for HR modules.

  • Good knowledge of SAP data models and infotype structures within HCM.

  • Ability to design and implement enhancements, interfaces (such as BAPIs, RFCs), and custom reports.

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

  • Exposure to integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

  • Familiarity with SAP HCM OM, Payroll, or Time Management modules.

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori or UI5 for enhanced user experience.
