🎯 Role Purpose

The Developer – L3 will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications or operating systems intended for client deployment. 1. Requirement Analysis & System Design

• Understand software and product requirements through client engagement and system analysis.

• Collaborate with functional teams, project managers, and analysts to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Perform root cause analysis of system issues and provide actionable insights for resolution.

2. Software Development & Coding

• Develop, test, and maintain robust software modules following software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.

• Modify existing software to correct defects, improve performance, and adapt to new hardware or system requirements.

• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to internal coding standards.

• Automate software validation using test case design, usage scenarios, and execution planning.

• Integrate feedback loops into the development process to ensure rapid and reliable code iteration.

3. Testing, Debugging & Quality Assurance

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for all developed modules.
