🎯 Job Description
As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to account opening issues. Your job is to guide and assist customers, help them complete onboarding procedures, and resolve basic technical issues related to their profiles or login.
There are two work models available:
✅ Full-Time (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹29,500/month
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Role: Attend inbound calls, assist customers with account opening, and offer guidance until account activation is successful.
✅ Part-Time (2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹14,900/month
Role: Same as above with reduced working hours
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers facing issues during account registration or opening.
Provide step-by-step technical assistance to help users complete forms or resolve portal access problems.
Record call details, status of support, and resolution provided.
Share feedback or unresolved queries with the technical team when required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and customer empathy.
Promote optional partnerships to eligible users (earn more commissions per client conversion — optional, not mandatory).
Deliver non-target based customer support in line with company policy.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduates or those with diploma-level education
Experience:
No prior experience required
0–10 years of experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply
👩💼 Required Skills
Basic fluency in English and/or regional language
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
Basic computer and smartphone navigation knowledge
Confidence to handle technical or form-based issues
Ability to work independently from home
