π― Job Description
As a Solar Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, uninterrupted performance of solar power systems. You will be responsible for operations, inspection, basic servicing, and reporting of solar installations, primarily for large-scale projects and solar farms.
This is an on-ground, field-level position suited for candidates with technical aptitude and basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.
π· Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and cleaning of solar panels
Monitor solar energy output levels and report deviations
Assist in maintenance and minor repairs under supervisor guidance
Handle inverter and control system checks
Log data daily and report any irregularities in performance
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Provide basic support during installation or upgrades
Maintain clean and organized work environment at the site
Assist engineers and technicians in large project executions when required
π€ Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification Required:
10th Pass (Matriculation)
12th Pass (Intermediate)
ITI in Electrical, Fitter, Solar Technician, or similar technical trade
Note: Candidates with ITI/Diploma will be given preference.

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical operations
Familiarity with solar panels, inverters, and wiring components
Ability to work under supervision and follow standard operating procedures
