Job Description
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound interactions with customers through calls, emails, and live chat. Your role is to listen to customer issues, provide accurate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls from customers related to product queries, service requests, billing issues, or general support.

Make outbound calls to follow up on unresolved queries, collect feedback, or provide updates.

Respond to customer emails and live chat requests professionally and promptly.

Understand customer concerns, document issues, and escalate when necessary to the technical or backend team.

Achieve daily call handling targets and maintain call quality standards.

Deliver accurate information and resolutions in a clear and friendly manner.

Record all interactions in CRM or designated support tools.

Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible to avoid repeat follow-ups.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with basic computer operations and typing.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Customer-centric attitude and willingness to help users with empathy.

Adaptability to work in a target-driven BPO environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Required: Graduate in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, or Management)

Age Criteria:
Open to candidates aged 18 years and above

Gender Preference:
This position currently has a preference for male candidates based on client support requirements.

Preferred Experience
Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with prior experience in BPO, call centers, or customer support will be given preference.

Experience in handling telecom, e-commerce, or banking customer calls is an added advantage.
