Job Title: Machine Operator
We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our industrial manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating and maintaining high-speed machinery in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Role:
As a Machine Operator at Geekay Wires Limited, your primary responsibilities will include:
Setting Up and Operating Machinery: You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products. This includes understanding machinery operations and troubleshooting issues when necessary.
Maintenance of Machines: Regular maintenance of machinery is essential to keep it in top working condition. As part of your duties, you will monitor the machine’s performance, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure it functions smoothly to avoid breakdowns.
Ensuring Quality Standards: Operating high-speed machinery requires close attention to detail. You will use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure the products meet the required standards of quality and precision.
Monitoring Production and Output: Keeping track of production processes and identifying any potential defects or problems with the output will be key to ensuring that the manufacturing process remains efficient and high-quality.
Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: As part of our commitment to safety, you will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations. This includes ensuring that machines are operating in a safe manner, reporting any hazards, and following the company’s safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Skills Required for Machine Operators:
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess at least an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification. This ensures that the candidates have a basic understanding of machinery and tools used in the manufacturing process.
Experience: We are looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in operating machinery in an industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates with prior experience in machine operation, particularly in high-speed machinery, will be preferred.
Key Skills:
Experience with industrial machinery and machine operations.
Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy machinery parts.
Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
