Role Overview
HIL (India) Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Deputy General Manager in the Finance department. The role requires strategic financial leadership within a manufacturing environment, contributing to high-level financial planning and decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Must hold a professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
Work Experience:
Minimum 14 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
Out of the total experience, at least 4 years must be at a senior managerial level in a manufacturing firm with a minimum annual turnover of ₹500 crores.
Candidates from PSU/Government sectors should have:
2 years of experience in a pay scale of ₹29,100–3%–₹54,500 (pre-revised), OR
4 years in the pay scale of ₹24,900–3%–₹50,500 (pre-revised), or its equivalent.
Additional Competency:
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
