Role Overview

As the Chairman and Managing Director, you will be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Corporation, responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of RCF.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

• The applicant must be a graduate from a recognized university or institution.

• A minimum of 20–25 years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, fertilizer, chemical, or public sector domain.
