Key Responsibilities

As Consultant (Establishment/Admin), you will be expected to:

  1. Handle all matters related to establishment administration, including service records, leave, promotions, and postings.
  2. Manage disciplinary proceedings and prepare documentation for inquiries and case reviews.
  3. Supervise vigilance cases, coordinate with relevant authorities, and ensure compliance with conduct rules.
  4. Manage the fixation of pay and pension cases, keeping in line with the latest government norms.
  5. Assist in drafting replies to legal notices and participate in policy-making decisions concerning human resources and establishment procedures.
  6. Ensure implementation of service rules, office procedures, and administrative circulars.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of day-to-day HR and admin tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate from a recognized university (preferably with HR, Law, or Administration specialization).
  • Experience: 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in establishment, administrative work, vigilance, or legal management within government, autonomous organizations, or similar sectors.
  • Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office, government HRMS tools, and online correspondence procedures.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of service rules, CCS Conduct Rules, and administrative protocols
  • Expertise in disciplinary/vigilance handling and policy drafting
  • Sound knowledge of fixation of pay, pension rules, and employment benefits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
