Key Responsibilities—What Youll Do
As a Technical Program Manager—Process Automation, you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery of automation initiatives across Oracle’s engineering and operational teams. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and ensuring consistent, secure, and scalable systems.

Your responsibilities include:
• Strategic Roadmap Execution:
Oversee the development and deployment of Oracles operational automation strategy, tying it to larger business objectivesCollaborate with engineering, product, and operations leaders to convert vision into tangible plans.

• Project Lifecycle Ownership:
Oversee multiple parallel automation projects from initiation to closure. This entails planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and change management.

• Technical Leadership:
Take technical guidance and consulting on automation architecture, tools, and frameworksMaintain best practices for system design, performance tuning, and security compliance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
Serve as a bridge between executive stakeholders, product management, operations, and engineeringEnable clear communication, conflict resolution, and alignment on deliverables.

• KPI-Driven Improvements:
Establish and measure automation project KPIsApply data to make constant process enhancements and quantify ROI.

• Documentation & Compliance
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation workflows, including technical designs, architecture diagrams, security protocols, and operational procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile—What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a seasoned technical program manager with a passion for automation and the skills to deliver complex programs that span teams and technologies.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of practical experience in program or project management in a technical field.
• Track record of executing large-scale, complex technical projects—particularly process automation, infrastructure, or DevOps environments.

Technical Expertise:
• Automation Technologies:
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting (Python, Shell), workflow automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), and integration tools.

• Cloud Platforms:
Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)—native automation services such as Lambda, Cloud Functions, CloudFormation, or Azure DevOps.

• SDLC Methodologies:
Good grasp of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. Skill to handle projects through iterative and incremental delivery models.

• Security & Compliance:
Experience in developing and managing projects with security, governance, and compliance needsKnowledge of data privacy, access control, and secure coding practices.
