Role Overview:
As a relationship manager 
with Farmer Funding, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining solid relationships with customers, mainly farmers and rural businesspeople. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. Your work goes beyond sales, involving risk profiling, compliance management, and improving the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain close business relationships with a limited number of customers, providing personalized service and interaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver better financial solutions as per their requirements.
• Deliver timely fulfillment of customer requests, adhering to the banks service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products to strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Meet New-To-Bank (NTB) targets, improve cross-selling, and concentrate on portfolio retention as per organizational objectives.
• Oversee portfolio compliance, such as renewals, pending renewals, stock statements, insurances, and regulatory requirements.
• Track and maintain compliance with loan disbursement timelines, ensuring month-end enhancement disbursements.

Required Qualifications:
To perform well in this position, the best candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• Education: A bachelor’s degree; an MBA in marketing is desired.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience working in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and portfolio management.
• Strong cross-selling skills of financial products and building customer engagement.
• Capability to manage customer complaints and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to build business and enhance customer engagement.
• Inability to work with internal teams to facilitate effective service delivery.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
• Data analysis and financial modeling expertise utilizing Excel and other database software.
• Inability to evaluate risk, analyze trends, and create data-driven financial strategies.
• Detail attention in portfolio management and compliance monitoring.
Time Management & Target Achievement:
• Inability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and attain assigned sales targets.
• Inability to be proactive in portfolio health monitoring and reducing delinquency rates.
