Technical Lead – Pega | Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead—Pega with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead the development and implementation of Pega-based applications. The candidate must lead projects, facilitate smooth system integrations, and guide junior developers in a hybrid work culture.
Key Responsibilities
As a technical lead, you will:
Pega Application Development & Integration
• take charge of the design, architecture, and development of Pega applications in accordance with business needs.
• Manage the deployment of Pega Platform solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Seamlessly integrate Pega data & systems with other enterprise solutions.
Pega Case Management & Decision Hub
• Design and govern Pega Case Management processes to automate operations.
• Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Maximize case workflows and automation to increase business efficiency.
User Experience & Mobility
• Enhance Pega User Experience (UX/UI) by adopting best practices in user design.
• Improve application usability using Pega Mobility solutions for single-step multi-device access.
Technical Leadership & Code Quality
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure coding standards.
• Mentor and train junior developers to improve their technical capability in Pega technologies.
• Debug and resolve technical problems to make sure application stability and security.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business analysts to elicit requirements.
•Collaborate closely with business teams and project managers to provide quality solutions.
•Be current with industry trends, best practices, and Pega technology advancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have:
•4 to 8 years of experience in Pega Application Development, Pega Platform, and Pega Reporting.
•Excellent skills in Pega Data & Integration, Pega UX, and Pega Mobility.
•Experience in Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.
•Mandatory domain expertise in Charles River, Advent Geneva, and Eagle.
•Asset & wealth management exposure is a bonus.
•Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
•Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
•Capability to mentor and guide a development team in a hybrid working environment.
•Proficiency in best-practice coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
Certifications Required
In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following Pega certifications:
•Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
• Certified Pega System Architect (CPSA)
