Key Responsibilities

You will work as a senior software engineer by:
Leading cloud-native application development and design for highly scalable, distributed, and resilient applications.
Establishing and refining standard engineering practices to leverage SDLC process optimization.
Implementing and shipping enterprise-level applications by utilizing Java, Python, and other OOP languages.
Develop microservices-based systems using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Helidon, and Dropwizard.

Develop and fine-tune RESTful APIs for smooth interaction between cloud applications.
Use container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to achieve high availability and scalability.
Own the entire SDLC, including architecture and coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Guide and work with other engineers, exchanging best practices and mentoring junior developers.
Maintain superior system performance with optimized system design and ongoing system tuning.
Articulate technical principles clearly verbally as well as through written documents.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must fulfill the below specifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor
s or Masterin computer science, engineering, or related fields.
Professional Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience developing and implementing enterprise distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
Excellent hands-on skills with Java, Python, or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
Experience in 
building scalable microservices with frameworks like Spring Boot, Dropwizard, and Helidon.
Hands-on experience with REST API development and best practices.
Excellent understanding of system design principles and distributed architecture guidelines.
In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration environments like Kubernetes.
Capacity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mind to solve complex problems.
Interest in delivering high-impact, high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Have Experience

Although not a requirement, the following will benefit candidates:
Prior experience in cloud service providers such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Understanding of DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Understanding of serverless computing frameworks and event-driven architectures.
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Knowledge of cloud computing security best practices and API development.
Contributions to open-source projects or 
high visibility in developer communities.
