Key Responsibilities
Lead the Application Development Process: Oversee the end-to-end development phase for SAP ILM applications, maintaining alignment with best practices and project expectations.Act as the Primary Point of Contact: Be the major communication point between different teams, stakeholders, and clients for facilitating smooth communication and project execution.Subject Matter Expert (SME) Responsibilities: Offer technical advice and mentoring to team members, maintaining effective knowledge transfer and high performance.
Collaborate & Manage Teams: Closely work with cross-functional teams in ensuring alignment to business goals as well as project objectives.
Drive Decision-Making Processes: Assume accountability for the major technical decisions to ensure the solution is compatible with organizational requirements.
Provide Problem-Solving Solutions: Solve challenges in the team as well as between several teams and apply the best-in-class SAP ILM practices.
Ensure Compliance with Data Governance Policies: Establish and update data retention policies that are compatible with industry practices and regulations.
Track Project Timelines: Timely completion of projects, recognizing potential stumbling blocks and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Essential Skills:
SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Expertise: In-depth hands-on experience with SAP ILM and data lifecycle planning.
Data Lifecycle Management: Comprehensive knowledge of data retention, archiving, and deletion policies to maximize system performance.
SAP Data Archiving & Retention Policies: Hands-on experience in applying data retention and archiving policies to maintain compliance and efficiency.
SAP Data Management Solutions: Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies to manage data efficiently.
SAP Data Migration: Practical experience in SAP data migration procedures to transfer data smoothly from one system to another.
SAP Data Governance: Familiarity with implementing and maintaining SAP data governance structures.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification: BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree is a must.
